Try Quick ball shortcuts on Redmi Note 15 Pro

Redmi Note 15 Pro supports Quick ball, a floating circle that opens a menu of shortcuts. I'd try it for a few frequently used actions, such as going Home or taking a screenshot, rather than adding another on-screen control without a clear purpose.

Turn it on and check the menu

Xiaomi's UK FAQ confirms support on Redmi Note 15 Pro. The steps below use Xiaomi's general HyperOS accessibility guide, which notes that paths and available options vary by model and software version. They do not establish identical menus for the 5G variant.

1. Open Settings, then Accessibility and Quick ball.

2. Enable Turn on Quick ball. Look for the floating circle at the edge of the screen.

3. Tap the circle to open its shortcuts. You can press and hold it, then drag it to a more convenient position.

I'd place it where my thumb can reach without covering something I use often, then try opening the menu before changing its contents.

Choose the actions you will actually use

In Quick ball settings, open Select shortcuts. Xiaomi's guide describes five slots, with choices including Home, Back, Screenshot and installed apps. Drag the list's handles to change their order.

I'd start with a small purpose: perhaps easier access to Home and Screenshot. Try the chosen actions on an ordinary screen and check that each does what you expect. A menu whose layout you remember is more useful than a collection chosen just because the options exist.

If the circle gets in the way

Use Hide automatically in Quick ball settings to select apps where it should disappear. Move aside when fullscreen is another option described in Xiaomi's guide.

I'd compare a few normal tasks with and without the control. If it adds more obstruction than convenience, return to Quick ball settings and switch it off. If a menu is missing, check your exact software with Xiaomi support rather than changing unrelated accessibility settings.

For a longer page you want to capture, my Redmi Note 15 Pro scrolling screenshot guide covers the capture workflow separately.
